Women in Leadership Course
Helping women transform their life, love and leadership with Dr Toula’s proven Story Image Therapy (SIT®) method.
Empowering Women Through Psychospiritual Leadership
The SIT Women in Leadership course is more than just leadership training—it’s a journey for women leaders (and their supporters) toward combined head and heart-centred psychology, blended with ancient spiritual and philosophical wisdom and practical tools to lead from within.
Whether you’re guiding others in life and work, raising a family, or driving change, Women in Leadership helps all women leaders access inner strengths and redefine leadership. It teaches psychospiritual practice, grounded in research and the lived experience of countless women now leading more effectively with Story Image Therapy.
A certificate in psychospiritual leadership and 16 CPD points are available upon completion. For those called to go further, this course also offers a pathway to certification as a SIT Coach or Counsellor (*dependent on qualifications, skills and experience).

Psychospiritual Leadership: The Many Faces of Women
Psychospiritual leadership invites women to lead not from fixed roles or external ideals, but from the truth of who they are—layered, complex, and deeply connected to something greater. It is a call to remember rather than to perform, to return to the wisdom within.
As women, we wear many faces. We shift between roles—mother, guide, warrior, healer—adapting to the needs around us. Yet often, we also wear masks: of control, compliance, or perfection. These masks protect us, but they can also disconnect us from our inner voice.
Psychospiritual leadership encourages us to gently remove those masks. It helps us explore the places where our emotional wounds meet our inner wisdom, where the shadow becomes a teacher, and where authenticity replaces performance.
This path is rooted in connection—to nature’s cycles, to the ancestral stories that live in our bodies, and to the deep feminine intelligence we often forget combined with our inner masculine voice too. The earth reminds us of rhythm. Our ancestors remind us of resilience.
To lead in this way is not just to guide others, but to embody wholeness. It is to lead from presence, from depth, and from the knowing that true power comes from integration, not limitation.

Why This Course is Important
Empowering women leaders—in life, work, or community—creates a ripple effect that benefits everyone. When women are supported to lead with confidence, clarity, and authenticity, their influence extends far beyond personal success. They uplift families, strengthen organisations, and foster more compassionate, inclusive communities.
Women often bring a relational and emotionally attuned leadership style that prioritises empathy, collaboration, and long-term thinking. When these qualities are recognised and nurtured (the inner feminine), then combined with more achievement and action-oriented methods (the inner masculine), workplaces become more innovative, communities more connected, and homes more balanced. Empowered women also serve as role models, breaking cycles of silence or self-doubt for younger generations.
Supporting women in leadership doesn’t just create better leaders—it creates better systems. As women reclaim their voice, stepping into leadership from a place of inner alignment, they challenge outdated structures and model new ways of leading with both heart and mind.
When one woman rises in her power, she makes space for others to do the same. And when women lead well, whole communities thrive.
