INSERT FROG AND SCORPION IN THE BOARDROOM VIDEO

Part one of this course is about the first step in SIT Shadow Work™, shadow recognition. That is, to recognise:

• • Your inner frog and scorpion motivation and behaviour

• • That each room resides within your metaphorical ‘house’ and

• • Your present leadership goal is to become a more well-balanced and effective psychospiritual leader

To complete part one, first read the Frog and Scorpion in the Boardroom book. This should take you 1-2 hours, and it is a good introduction to your corporate shadow self. Consider the key terms and concepts at the beginning of the book and the story and images contained within. 

You are welcome to complete the shadow reflections section in the back of the book to learn more, but for the purposes of this course, you may simply complete the activities here.
