I have read the Shadows of Sylvaheim book and listened to the audiobook. I found that the story has very good messages for its readers. I have rated the book five stars and the audiobook four stars as I preferred the book format.

Based upon what I had read in The Rise of Jung in Me, I shared with my client the stories of the Frog and Scorpion and the Caring Continuum. This led to a wonderful discussion regarding listening to one’s intuition, followed by somatic work… I’m finding the book very helpful as a therapist and as a father.
