This six-week introductory course is designed for anyone who wants to learn how to recognise, embrace and integrate their shadow.
Drawing upon modern neuroscience and Jungian depth psychology, Dr Toula explains how reading and writing therapy—along with guided reflection used in SIT Shadow Work—can help participants explore their Shadow Self in a safe and supportive way. The course is suitable for both individual and group settings, and presents the process in clear, practical language that feels simple and accessible.
By the end of this six week introductory course, participants will have developed a deeper understanding of their inner dynamics, learned to navigate the shadow consciously, and cultivated the skills to live, love and lead with clarity, integrity and purpose.
