This six-week introduction to SIT Shadow Work briefly draws upon modern science and Jungian psychology in practical everyday language. In this course, Dr Toula explains how reading and writing therapy, along with guided reflection used in SIT Shadow Work, can help participants explore their Shadow Self in a safe and supported way. The course is well-suited to beginning SIT Shadow Work practitioners, or anyone interested in shadow work more generally.
