KNOW YOUR TRUE SELF WITH SIT SHADOW WORK
Harness the power of shadow exploration and going deeper into your unconscious than regular Story Image Therapy
What is SIT Shadow Work?
There are many forms of shadow work found online, and most are not clinically tested or grounded in real healing experience. In contrast, SIT Shadow Work™ is a well-researched and proven approach.
It was developed using Jungian action research with numerous individuals over fifteen years, ensuring the work is both psychologically sound and effective in everyday life.
SIT Shadow Work uses evidence-based SIT tools to:
Identify hidden emotional patterns
Process suppressed fears and trauma
Build self-awareness for meaningful change
Use storytelling and guided imagery to support unconscious healing
SIT Shadow Work
Jung described three levels of consciousness: the conscious mind, the personal and collective unconscious. The conscious mind is what we are aware of each day. The personal unconscious holds hidden memories, emotions and patterns shaped by our life experiences. The collective unconscious contains shared symbols and archetypes found in stories, dreams and myths across cultures.
Story Image Therapy (SIT) helps people gently access the personal and collective unconscious. In SIT Shadow Work, SIT tools make it easier to notice hidden emotions and patterns without feeling overwhelmed. By bringing unconscious material into conscious awareness, people gain self-understanding, and greater choice in how they think, feel and act.
