4.1- Lesson Guidelines

To complete part four of this online course, first read the Frog and Scorpion in the Dark Room book (if it is available). This should take you 1-2 hours, and it is a good introduction to your addictive shadow self. Consider the key terms and concepts at the beginning of the book and the stories and images contained within. You are welcome to complete the Shadow Reflections section in the back of the book if you wish to learn more, or simply complete the activities here in the Women in Leadership course.
